You will need:
TOOLS: (not included in kit)
• Table Saw 9" or larger
• Fence set up for table saw at least as wide as widest sash
• Router in router table or shaper set up with 1/2" chuck
• Laminate Trimmer (for routing stool cap (window sill)
• Chop Saw (Cut off saw)
• Battery Drill/Screwdriver
• Caulking Gun
• “Thin Kerf” table saw blade (3/32") for weather-stripping kerf
• Standard 50 tooth combination table saw blade
• 3/8" straight double fluted router bit (for routing back stool cap if necessary)
• Paint scraper (to clean edges of frame and sash)
• Hand tools: screwdrivers, hammer, nail set
• Good vacuum cleaner

• Small roll of fiberglass insulation
• 1 tube of siliconized latex caulk per 5 windows
Requirements for Window Master Jambliner Kit.
• Sash must be in good shape with minor or no rotten areas.
• Sash must be 1-3/8” to 1-3/4” thick.
• Sash stiles (vertical sash parts) must measure at least 1-¾” from glass to jamb (measure both side stiles then take average)
